Management is very nice and appreciate all the hard work we do.

pay could be a little better

No pressure into meeting quotas, not crazy busy and very easy job.

The people are very fake and gossip about everyone ( even “ friends”) You get paid like a teenager and do way more work than expected. Your watched like a hawk on cameras by upper management. God forbid you take a second to breathe, they come down within 2 minutes and ask “ why are they not busy” but branch manager and her minion can sit in office all day and talk nonsense while making everyone else do the work.
