Nice people, decent pay and lots of opportunities to learn

Great work environment, great coworkers, most CTL's (Leads) are good, and the schedule is great.

You get a "merit" raise once a year which is about 30¢, no cost of living raises. They ask you learn more and more procedures and programs but don't pay you for the extra work or skills acquired. They take advantage of employees until they can't it anymore and they quit. It's a revolving door.
