Pros
Management attempts to work around your schedule but makes you sign a conditional contract, so if your life changes..good luck getting your hours changed. They will hire practically anyone without a felony. If you are desperate for money and can handle extreme stress from employees and customers at the same time, you can handle working here.
Cons
There was no formal "training", I was told to observe another employee (who was also brand new) with no management supervision. The new employee began to ask ME (within hours of being there my first day!) for help. The "managers" were no where to be found during times of need. It appears either parking solutions does not have the funds to hire appropriate staffing levels, or attempts to use as few employees as possible which in my situation, made the job impossible. This company has a long way to go.
