Pros
Decent base pay, opportunities for lots of work, if you want to hustle you can make a lot of money, cash tips.
Cons
The company tends to consistently pay late and there is no direct deposit. I get paid every two weeks but instead of getting my pay check on Friday or Saturday I have to wait till the following Mon-Wed and even as late as the following Thursday which is almost three weeks later.
