I’m struggling to think of any to be honest

Cons

Monthly commission banding is not achievable for all staff to reach top level which is not treating the staff fairly. Commission levels are handed out 1/4 of the way through the month which leaves you feeling they are seeing how you are doing to increase the bandings.

Pros

This job has been amazing in teaching me negotiating skills and how to sell. With un-capped commissions, it can be very lucrative.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent with the industry, this place is no different. You can expect to work 9-6 or 10-7 6 days a week. You will have to work two weeks straight towards the end of the month. Just like with any dealer, if you're not selling you will not be eating. Partner the frustration of not making money with the fact that your manager more than likely will treat you with disrespect if you make any mistakes and you have a pretty bad taste in your mouth.
