I loved working for the residents there. I became their voice. I loved all 52 of them.

The owner had some difficulty wanting to pay for overtime. I had a lot of it all the time.

Taking care of residents is wonderful.

Disorganized, terrible management I had at least five different directors in the time I was here. There was constant neglect.
