Avoid - Senior Recruitment Consultant Parkside Recruitment Employee Review

I was at Parkside for over 3 years and was the best the best and funnest place to work for 2 years. Since the management have left they have had over 15 resignations in the space of 6 months says it’s all really! No follow up, no honesty, constant false promises and lies from management, no training for new members of staff, pressure to go into the office during the national lockdown and pandemic! Favouritism with executive members of staff, commission sucks, no recognition, bitchiness always, i honestly could go on but they aren’t worth my time.
