Awesome people decent pay. Good company overall. They grew too fast and couldn’t keep up with hiring/retaining talent and couldn’t train new people leading to the retention problem
Cons
Expect a lot for only decent pay but overall nothing too bad to say
Literally none, there was nothing positive about this experience.
Cons
The most miserable work environment, the ‘owners’ are siblings and don’t keep personal feelings separate from the business. You’re encouraged to be creative, but if you challenge their ideas or have ideas of your own, you’re a pariah and on your way out. Zero work life balance and expected to travel to any of the offices with no advance notice. No formal training, you’re expected to wing it and somehow read management’s mind because they offer no constructive feedback. You’ll come in one random day and get screamed at for lack of effort and not knowing anything, meanwhile you’ve been asking questions that may or may not get answered depending on management’s mood that day. I did not see examples of excellent customer service in my tenure. If a customer had a concern or had an opinion different from theirs the meeting would immediately end. These people took time off work to attend these meetings and it was completely disregarded.
