Pros

Trust me there are none.

Cons

Failing leadership and lack of communication make this a very poor company. A ton of turnover (that they don’t tell you about upon hire). Very secretive towards employees and customers. Management does not respect hard work. It is a “my way or the highway” mindset. Customer DEFINITELY does not come first, their agenda does. When customers get frustrated instead of having a conversation with them...they will just stop talking to them, which is so wrong in an industry like this. Micromanagement at it’s finest. Leadership does not know up from down..will say one thing and change it in 4 hours and then “you” are the wrong one. Yikes! Belittling.Condescending. Just read their job postings...they are rude..that’s what you get here. This will give you a great idea of what you are in for. No benefits at this company....must provide your own. Good luck getting vacation or holidays off. “It all evens out” is what I was told-laughable. Family run so if you have an issue...you have no where to go. “Kiss the ring” mentality.

Pros

Awesome people decent pay. Good company overall. They grew too fast and couldn’t keep up with hiring/retaining talent and couldn’t train new people leading to the retention problem

Cons

Expect a lot for only decent pay but overall nothing too bad to say

Pros

Literally none, there was nothing positive about this experience.

Cons

The most miserable work environment, the ‘owners’ are siblings and don’t keep personal feelings separate from the business. You’re encouraged to be creative, but if you challenge their ideas or have ideas of your own, you’re a pariah and on your way out. Zero work life balance and expected to travel to any of the offices with no advance notice. No formal training, you’re expected to wing it and somehow read management’s mind because they offer no constructive feedback. You’ll come in one random day and get screamed at for lack of effort and not knowing anything, meanwhile you’ve been asking questions that may or may not get answered depending on management’s mood that day. I did not see examples of excellent customer service in my tenure. If a customer had a concern or had an opinion different from theirs the meeting would immediately end. These people took time off work to attend these meetings and it was completely disregarded.
