Pros
They've been a growing company so there's been plenty of work - they have continued to be involved in new technology and new and better ways of doing their work so as a PM there's plenty of ways to stay engaged.
You may get to work with some furtune 500 businesses as any business large enough to have really large jobs and demanding timelines may need to call Parsons or another large electrical contractor in order to get the work completed on schedule. They work with a quite a list of who's who of Minneapolis/St. Paul and out of state.
Cons
THIS is the same senior managmement team from day one.
There is not any human resources department.
There's some nepotism.
