      Pros

      Very good returns, super smart team, learned a ton. Would definitely recommend to anyone making the IB to PE jump (probably wouldn't recommend to someone with a consulting background unless they have a lot of modeling experience for some reason)

      Cons

      Be prepared for long hours (even for PE standards). Not as bad as some but worst than most.

      Pros

      None, really. Typical private equity vulture company. They’re beyond miserly and destroyed KBRA’s company culture.

      Cons

      They destroy company culture. Squeeze every last ounce of blood from every company they acquire.
