For Particip Belgium, the salary is not good at all, the contract you are offered is really bad and is not protecting you in any way (reason why there are almost no Belgian people working in the company), you are treated like a disposable person, the management is terrible at all levels.

I have never worked for an employer where I have been given so much trust from the get-go. I can work with my colleagues in a good team without someone constantly looking over my shoulder. I can do my job flexibly so that I can combine my child and work well (as much as is realistically possible). E.g. I'm paid well enough that I don't have to work full time.

Sometimes, it can be tedious if you have to ask for every piece of feedback from the management floor yourself. (On the other hand, no feedback means you are doing your job well)
