Pay was not industry competitive

-Free lunches two days a week -Hybrid work environment -Good benefits

-Poor communication from leadership about how work ties into vision and company goals. -Lot of silos and departments having miscommunication. -No transparency about the health of the company and whether or not we were hitting financial goals.
