There are also so many ways to get involved beyond your day-to-day project work. From internal trainings and communities of practice to employee-led initiatives and events, it is easy to lean in, build relationships, and help shape the culture. People are encouraged to contribute ideas and take ownership, which creates a strong sense of connection and shared purpose.

Cons

Like many companies in the federal contracting space right now, growth has slowed due to the broader government environment. That can create some uncertainty at times. That said, the company is continuing to push forward, and you can see small wins starting to build momentum again.

We host fun company gatherings and bonuses are okay.

Cons

-Company does not take racism complaints seriously. -Recent promotion decisions have been terrible. There has been a promotion freeze for over a year. Also the company just decided to give all the most junior level employees a promotion rather than on a merit based application review. Leaving all mid level folks froze out again. -It seems the my company values employees who have been on high value and large contract for a while, over others. For the appearance on stability even if there are employees with documented history’s of poor performance and complaints. - Company does not take workplace violence seriously.
