Thank you for taking the time to post your review. While we understand your obvious disappointment and frustration, we do feel it is a little unfair. We are indeed, experiencing some unexpected operational challenges in our U.S office at present however this situation was not apparent at the time that we hired you. While we understand this isn't your fault, the fact remains, it did have a direct bearing on our decision. I understand from your line manager that you have since been in touch to see if you can be reinstated so I can only think your other comments regarding the job role were born out of your initial frustration and disappointment.
