Partner Software is great if you are coming out of college or starting in a new field. The mentorship is excellent and they genuinely care about their employees and their career path. They will put a lot of responsibility on you but they trust that you will get it done and there is open communication if you are struggling with a project. Management will internally promote as you progress and work/life balance is good.
Cons
The pay is not great, which is why I said that it is a good company if you are early in your career. Benefits are good.
