      1, Still essentially run by founders, strategy keeps evolving with very high frequency 2. Very bureaucratic, teams work like individual fiefdoms, with overtly complicated processes 3. Very poor tech systems

      Pros

      Cheap AND greedy. Truly a rare combination. I don't owe them anything. I don't have an interest in their success. The public sector paid me better than this firm.
