      Hours are okay, very flexible

      Cons

      Sometimes the scheduling team hooks you up with clients that don’t match their plan at all and you get blind sided. Not enough pay for the stuff you go through as a caregiver. I wish it was a varied lay depending on the service you provide

      Freedoom with working out schedule. Building connections with clients. Support system from Company is really great.

      Cons

      Can be emotionally and physically demanding at times ( This is the job). Pay could be better
