      Close knit group of employees, decent benefits, very accommodating when needs arise

      Upper management...lack of communication, felt like they actively went out of their way to not find new business, prioritized saving money over patient's needs

      Pros

      Name of pharmacy. (but more and more evening shifts)

      Cons

      - Low pay, no raise and no promotion - Avoid evening shifts—make sure to clarify this when joining, otherwise you may get stuck with evening shifts - Clear partiality—employees who joined earlier are always given preference - High turnover rate. Everyone I started with quit. - Rude management in Pharmacy — just dictate and don’t really listen to your words, poor communication with leadership
