Pros: I negotiated a hybrid schedule, and the location of the office was near a lot of good lunch options.
Cons
worked on the marketing team for a short period of time, should have paid attention to the red flags during the interview process (incredibly complex design challenge that didnt match the position or salary and the marketing manager badmouthed the previous designer the entire time).. Not only did they offer me a lower salary than they initially stated early on in the interview process, they changed the title from Lead designer to Senior Designer (mind you, I was going to be the *sole* designer). Very unprofessional onboarding process and toxic work environment where L**** K****** the senior marketing manager was unrealistic with his expectations and timelines for a design team of ONE who was severely underpaid-- a piece of advice: Dont take jobs just for the title or out of desperation. If I could go back in time, I wouldnt have given them the time of day.
