Pros

Weekly pay. Some overtime available.

Cons

You can and will get escorted off the premises with no notice. Strictly temporary work, no one gets hired in. You aren't allowed to stay in the building for lunch break you must leave therefore you must have a vehicle. It is stated through the temp agency that you must have a vehicle but they don't tell you why. I saw people get terminated due to hearsay not their work performance. I would not work there again unless my life depended on it.

Pros

You are guaranteed a 40 hour work week with some individuals able to work overtime, usually 10 hours of overtime per week.

Cons

Extremely high turnover. The company does not hire anybody in and if you make 1 mistake too many you're terminated with no warning and sometimes no reason. They get all their employees from temp agencies, who bring prospective employees through the facility every other day. Expect to see at least 3 agencies come through with 3 or more prospective employees because P.O.P. fires people weekly. The temp agencies actually don't need any other employers because they know once they bring you to Partners of Progress you'll most likely accept the position because you need a job. You start out screening phones then you may be trained for another department but if you don't do well in the other department and you're sent back to screening you[re usually terminated soon after. There is no lunchroom or breakroom, and you have to physically leave the building and eat lunch in your car or go offsite. Hello! This is Michigan! The women's restroom only has 2 stalls with at least 30 women working there. Metal detectors that go off at will and if you set them off too many times, you could be terminated. There are more cons but you get the idea. If you're temp agency brings you there, DO NOT accept the position.
