      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time (2 years) at Partstown. The wages aren't the highest around, but the work life balance, and co-workers were fantastic.

      Cons

      The wages aren't the greatest, and to move up you really have to go above just doing well at your job and be popular as well.

      2 remote days, profit sharing

      Cons

      Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
