Company culture tries to be ethical and fair.

Cons

Very high turnover due to horrible management. The favorites can do no wrong and most everyone else will get written up and fired for the slightest reason.

2 remote days, profit sharing

Cons

Heavy workload with no support, low pay, mediocre benefits, very few holidays, disingenuous culture (just be honest ), bad management, no help answering questions for customers - just directed to a really inadequate online resource where have to know magic wording or nothing pulls up 🙄 while customer is waiting on phone, and they are all in on AI if you care.
