Difficult to understand admin system, slow to resolve systemic issues.

PartsTech is the company you want to work for. Our unassuming size may make it seem like a disorganized start-up where the expectation is to work yourself exhausted and do more with less. Somehow, the day to day is exactly the opposite of that. We have a leadership team that trusts their employees and give them autonomy. A clear strategy that keep everyone aligned and empathetic and caring employees who care personally in the success of the organization. Add on top of that a fully remote workplace, unlimited time off, summer fridays, 401k match, and an annual company in person get together and you get the best company I have ever worked for.

Our interview process can be extensive to ensure the right person is being added to our small but mighty team. Our health plans are being enhanced but they currently they are limited but fit the needs of the employees.
