Long hours, mandatory over time 6 day work weeks for any client facing departments Lack of support from management and vital departments after standard business hours High stress environment with little reprieve Micromanagement No financial bonuses after very busy seasons, merit nor length of employment Many business decisions made by upper management with no concept of how it will effect employees on the floor Management does not know how to do the job employees do Lack of vital communication between all departments No consistency with policy and protocol company wide Poor policy on hiring between departments.
