Pros
Great coworkers. 9/80 schedule in summers provided every other Friday off. Decent promotions during a couple of the good years. Previous parent company would suck up all the profits, so recent acquisition by Curtis-Wright could possibly lead to improvements.
Cons
Current management doesn't seem to value employees or their input at all. Long hours are often expected and never rewarded. Lots of ego clashes between departments. Products mostly follow the competition or simply repackage other devices. Many, many talented employees have left in the last couple years.
