      Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Career progression is very much in your own hands and is not particularly transparent even when raising it. Talented people can become easily overlooked and not valued until they leave.

      Pros

      Very friendly, knowledgeable team, flexible working, good opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      No real perks common in other architectural practices. No good coffee, no insurance, no bonuses, no buying extra holidays, not much of a social atmosphere. Two tier workforce with many on continuing short term contracts.
