Pros
Upscale work environment with excellent office facilities, strong technology resources, and very good overall benefits. Most employees are friendly and professional.
Cons
The company talks frequently about process improvement, system optimization, and data-driven decision-making, which is encouraging. However, in practice, new ideas or operational feedback are not always well received at the management level. There can be resistance to suggestions, even when those suggestions are intended to improve efficiency or solve business problems.
I also observed noticeable tension between departments and within administrative functions. On more than one occasion, I witnessed situations where one department insisted something could not be done when it actually could, creating unnecessary friction and inefficiency.
Turnover within some administrative departments appeared high. In my department, only one employee had been there longer than a year during my time with the company. There also appeared to be broader organizational tension, including leadership changes.
