The company promotes an good work-life balance through flexible working hours and ongoing support to help employees maintain that balance. The topics are super fascinating and people whom I am working with passionate and eager to share their experience. So far, I am fulfilled in the job and in the company which is fast growing.
Cons
A fast growing organization, with priorities that can change quickly which is exciting and challenging both at the same time. Career path might be slightly less obvious in a changing environment though there is plenty to learn every day.
