Pros
You interact with people of every culture and background. Substantial room to make money
Cons
-10-11 hr work days. -Management says they hear your concerns but little to no changes are done since directions come from the CEO and store manager. -A lot of confusing sales plan meetings (“one week it’s customer retention is priority”, next week “you must push the sale, lie if you have to, customers will never be satisfied, if We can’t please them they should not be here anyway” -No quality assurance in the back end (cars leave and come right back.......LITERALLY) -If you are not apart of the “group”, good luck trying to make money. You will just be shunned out and dismissed when you don’t hit the quota with no care to find the real issue” - Senior advisors have open dibs on high paying customers, (it’s an open lane structure they say but the older advisors say it’s their customers when the last time they consulted them was 2+ years ago)- “a K.R special”
