Fun environment. Very busy and shift flies by fairly fast. Great food and as an employee you receive an "employee free menu" with a list of items that you do not have to pay for when eating either before or after a shift.
Cons
Host(ess) is not allowed to receive tips.
The environment is very fast paced and sometimes stressful.
Without tips, there is really no incentive for most to work far beyond what is expected.
