-Okay tips -Working on party’s upstairs -Flexible scheduling -Gerard is an amazing owner & Boss, and truly cares about his staff!
Cons
-Paying to park on weekdays and nights -Cliques -Managers favor to those they hangout with outside of work -Way too much extra side work for the money being made -Low tip average unless you were closing —Great sections go to “favorites”
