Pros
Patagonia offers great benefits. Free healthcare, cheap vision and dental and a very generous 401K match. We get 2 paid field days every year and fair amount of vacation time every paycheck.
Cons
Growing pains and poor management. Some departments need better organization and leaders to help propel the company and support its employees. The company is also living in the past and thinks everyone needs to have a desk in an office instead of working remotely.
