Patch My PC takes its values seriously and follows them with customers and also internally from the leadership down to the rest of the team. Here are a few examples of my experience: * They are humble and avoid shenanigans - Company leadership has created a culture of humility and transparency. Everyone owns their mistakes and is always seeking to improve. * They create experiences, serve others, and show empathy - This company truly cares about its team and goes above and beyond to encourage and reward every team member with amazing benefits, recognition, and empathetic support when any team member experiences challenges. I have never received ice cream in the mail until working for this company! :-) - They pursue excellence and think big - This is a small company, but their vision is clear and big. Company-wide and department goals are clear, measurable, and attainable. Expectations are high, and they equip every team member to be successful in meeting them. They have great systems in place to receive feedback and ideas and follow-through with innovation, change, and improvements. There is a reason why the turnover rate is so low at Patch My PC. It was been energizing to work here over the past 5 months, and I am excited about the opportunities I have to grow with them!
Cons
The majority of the team works remotely in North America and Europe, so building comradery and navigating time zones can be challenging.
