Unstable place to work & toxic - Project Manager Patchworks Employee Review

Toxic work culture. They are siloed in their product outlook without knowledge of testing or proper research into their competitors. Decisions are made on a whim out of fear & not through informed research. Past clients have not given the best testimonials for this company either. The culture is bad & quite toxic.
