Very very poor time management They ask you to work for weekends and won't even give you the pay for the day Late night works and still ask you to come early the next day. Very low pay scale for non-senior employees. No celebrations taken in its spirit. No fun activities Just come to office- do the work. Increased work load due to company commits to clients without considering the head count of employees.
