Pros
They are a great people to work with. It’s a small laboratory with minimal resources but it strives to produce the best of results. They have a great TAT for results despite very few staff and minimal resources.
Cons
It has few doctors that send them work. This results into poor revenue collection and sometimes cuts or delay in salaries. With the minimal resources, some tests are referred and not done in house. It’s a small laboratory, resulting into downside of career development.
