Management - Negative, intimidating, toxic They gossip about confidential matters. They make frequent and unnecessary changes. They have unrealistic expectations and there is a horrible work life balance. Management is judgemental about employees and families. Staff are treated like garbage and there is a revolving door due to poor management. There is favoritism, micromanagement, and an extremely low morale.
