Run, don’t walk from this company. The pay may be good, but the way the owners manage the business is beyond frustrating. They rely on ChatGPT to make nearly every decision instead of valuing actual industry experience and critical thinking. Ideas get pushed through without proper strategy or consideration because “ChatGPT said it was a good idea.”
Technology can be a tool, but it should never replace leadership, experience, and common sense. Unfortunately, this has been by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
