Pathfinder is an amazing company with amazing leaders who has an amazing company culture. They offer a positive work-life balance and the benefits are GREAT. All of the leaders and employees are very helpful and encouraging so I never hesitate to ask any questions. This company is team driven so they make sure everyone works together well. There is also an abundance of opportunity to grow and and learn as an individual. I love it here!

The benefits could be better, but I've had much worse benefits at larger brokerage firms.
