Belligerent, condescending, belittling, disrespectful, management and overwhelming workloads for even the most seasoned professional.

We know leadership at all levels is pivotal for our mission and our continued success; therefore, we have a new initiative focusing on leadership development for all supervisors in our organization. We want to ensure all supervisors have the skills needed to be a good leader in our organization going forward. Pros

Multiple shifts from sub status, part time, full-time. Always available hours for those who like overtime. Offer a decent amount of benefits including free counseling sessions. Always stays current with trainings and certifications.

Cons

No longer offer bonuses. No longer assists with staff tickets or meals when on an outing. Staffing issues often interfere with the quality of care the residents receive. No longer have an assistant mng for each residential only a manager and they have way too much of a work load with appointments, paperwork, filling in for call offs and being on call for a week on rotation.
