3yThank you for your feedback. I apologize for your experience while at PFS; this is not what we want for our employees. We know leadership at all levels is pivotal for our mission and our continued success; therefore, we have a new initiative focusing on leadership development for all supervisors in our organization. We want to ensure all supervisors have the skills needed to be a good leader in our organization going forward. We are reviewing, updating, and developing our policies and procedures to ensure they reflect today's practices.
