Pros
Job was fairly simple to learn due to the efficient data entry system they had in the lab. The work environment was very comfortable and fun, since it was easy to relax and talk with your coworkers without much micromanagement.
Cons
Employee turnover seem to be constantly high, probably due to the management and wages.
