Really wonderful team all working collaboratively toward a goal. There was never any drama, never a competition between team members. Work ethic across the board is great so everyone is pulling their weight.
The CEO is extremely hands-on and caring for the team as a whole.
Cons
Not the most organized internally. Sometimes plans or processes change quickly/without much thought to impact. The usual pains of a startup are still present.
