People are always willing to take time out of their day to help out. We show appreciation and recognize colleagues on a daily basis. Our workplace is 62% diverse, and we value the different perspectives, creative thinking, and innovation that the diversity brings. PatientWing provides great work-life balance with a remote-friendly environment and flexible schedules. We work hard and also realize the importance of using our unlimited PTO to recharge. Although most of the team works remotely, we frequently connect and socialize through virtual events, retreats, and holiday parties.
