live a stagnant life, retired life. Patni has a lot of scope to improve in communication area. The communication between the heads in Mumbai office and thebranches in other countries is all broken. also they can learn from mindtree consulting. get some more brilliant guys like they do in Mindtree and compete aggresively. also get some more training from the vendor who will be more professional rather than the inhouse trainings. having said that patni also has some plus points. as they do have a laid back atmosphere at delivery sites. so if you want to live a retired life than its a good place to be. but expect just less 1% increments in a year.
