This company intentionally misleads veterans and their families who are seeking aid and attendance benefit from the VA, ie they lie about: the process of applying, the timeline, what responsibilities fall on the client once they pay the $800 nonrefundable fee. As one manager put it to me verbatim: “If our sales department was up front with clients, they would never make a single sale”. That statement alone should inform you not only of why this company exists (rest assured it is NOT due to philanthropy/good will towards vets), it is also quite telling of where the CEO and upper management falls on topics such as ethics and morality. If you have a conscience don’t bother applying. Also if you politically lean any way other than “far right”, this is not the place for you.
