Pros
The oilfield in general has decent pay and benefits as long as the price of oil stays high or level. On that account it doesn't necessarily matter what company you work for.
Cons
Poor Executive level management. The senior staff at the company have a tendency to micro-manage their division and regional managers to the point that nothing can be done locally without corporate approval.
