Pros
Nice people, consistent corporate structure. You know exactly what you are getting, business casual dress code, cubicles, and standard paperwork. Flexible culture, people are nice and can enjoy lunches together. Decent starting salary for entry level out of school. Ideal for fresh graduates. Standard 9-5.
Cons
Low turnover rate on sales team. Account Executives make a very lucrative earning, poor management and bias for advancement in the role. Very dull/grey feel to the job, tedious (you're the Account Executive's servant). Many false promises and favoritism.
