      Flexible work hours, caring family environment, great entry level work experience for interns and new college graduates.

      Cons

      Being a small company there are few opportunities for promotion. Many of the departments find themselves understaffed.

      Been here for a while, company has had it's ups and downs, but management does a good job and it's nice to know we are valued
