      Paycheck never bounced in 2025

      Cons

      Imagine needing supplies, fuel, equiptment to do your job and it not being available but the office still expects the work to get done. Working 80 hour weeks for straight time. It's a nightmare

      Pros

      Good compensation, great coworkers, great work atmosphere, great pride in work and accomplishment.

      Cons

      None really, left mostly because I had to drive an hour one way to get to work and needed something closer.
